The delivery time will be informed at the time of finalizing the purchase and we will do our best to ensure that it is fulfilled. However, some factors can lead to delays in delivery, such as absence of people at the place of delivery, refusal to deliver by third parties, natural phenomena that make it impossible to arrive at the destination, among others:!
Remember that the delivery period starts with the payment confirmation.
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Courier delivery and collection service.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Once purchased a U-Flow Express filled keg with the choice of beer from the brewery, the buyer has an obligation to ensure the keg is returned to the brewery. This can be done in 2 ways:
1 - Return the keg direct to the U-Flow Express Fill Up Station that it was delivered from. You can hand the keg back to the U-Flow Express partner by simply handing it back to them and ensuring that the QR code is scanned. Once it is scanned back into the system you will be notified that you have safely returned the keg.
2 - You can opt for collection of the keg. Simply go to your account on www.uflowexpres.co.uk and go to your order. You can click "arrange collection". This will allocate a delivery courier to collect from your home and scan the QR U-Flow Keg back into the system.
If the U-Flow kegs are not returned within 14 days of purchase U-Flow Ltd reserve the right to charge the card that was made to purchase £500.
U-Flow Express will send 3 reminders over the course of the 14 day period to remind the customer to return the keg or arrange for collection.
On day 15 and on periodically managed days up until day 30 U-Flow reserve the right to arrange payment of the £500.
This £500 acts as a deposit. It will not be charged to your card as long as the keg is returned..
When an order contains more than one product, deliveries may occur separately. This situation is related to product size and availability in stock.
